St. Martin’s Day Amusements – Open Wineries in Egerszalók
7th – 9th November 2009 Egerszalók
During St. Martin’s day the programme is; tasting new wines in the wine cellars of Egerszalók served with goose bits. On 7th November in the afternoon, folk dance show and dancing, making pumpkin lamp and home made candles in the Village House. Motto: “Those who do not drink new wine on St. Martin’s day will be thirsty all over the year.” “Those who do not eat goose on St. Martin’s day will be hungry all over the year.”
